Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized service plans.
Provide direct counseling and support services to clients and their families.
Advocate for clients to access necessary resources and services within the community.
Collaborate with other professionals, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to coordinate care.
Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency policies and regulations.
Participate in case reviews and provide input on treatment plans during team meetings.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in social work.
Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of community resources and social service systems.
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations and individuals facing various challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £23.74
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
