A digital agency based in the heart of Chester is searching for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join the team, managing client accounts, fostering long-lasting relationships, and helping clients achieve their goals.
Location: Chester (two days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum plus commission
Responsibilities:
* Manage client accounts and foster long-lasting relationships.
* Understand and play the middle man between the digital services team and the client.
* Contribute to pitches and new business presentations.
* Stay up to date with developments in client industries.
* Present work to clients, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
* Manage budgets to ensure financial performance aligns with client expectations.
* Act as a mentor for junior team members.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least four years of experience in an agency environment.
* A strong understanding of web and digital concepts, including WordPress, SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content offerings.
* Excellent communication skills.
