The main priority of this position is to work as part of the Administrative Team and manage patient referrals into the service while providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider clinical and management team. Referrals will be made via telephone and online directly by patients and health care professionals. You will need to answer calls and respond to patient needs in a timely manner whilst ensuring accurate recording of patient information onto our patient database. Excellent communication skills are essential to deal with a wide variety of patient queries and needs. The post holder must be able to document clear and accurate records that reflect information provided during the referral and screening process. This is a busy office working environment with varied daily tasks.
