About the role: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our team at Neale-Wade Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, care, and availability of the building, furniture, fittings, and equipment. Key responsibilities: Ensure the building and contents are secured, with access provided to authorised personnel as required. Monitor and maintain the physical condition of the building, furniture, and equipment, carrying out repairs within the scope of a competent handyman. Operate heating, lighting, and other systems, promoting energy conservation and monitoring usage. Carry out porterage duties, including setting up furniture and equipment for activities without direct instruction. Why Join Us?
