The Role
As an Operations Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be part of an experienced team and play a key role in the provision of administrative support within the Infrastructure Operations department.
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for all document control within the department. The primary objective of this role is to carry out administration checks to ensure all documentation is compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out administration and processing of nuclear documentation.
* Use of business applications and reporting processes.
* Understand Ministry of Defence policies and processes for nuclear documentation.
This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Essential Experience
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Ideally you will have had Document Controller experience; however, we will consider those with a strong administration background either in your education or career.
* You should be organised and able to reprioritise workload as and when required.
* Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
* Knowledge and experience of SAP and IFS business application systems would be desirable.
Qualifications
* National 5 or equivalent qualification in English and Maths.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
