Our client, a leading sustainable wellness retailer is currently expanding its customer service team! They are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their multilingual team on a fully remote basis, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to their Finnish and English-speaking distributors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering emails and telephone calls across the Finnish-speaking clients
Providing first-class advice about new and existing products and promotions
Maintaining a great relationship with customers and clients
Occasionally travelling to attend conventions in assigned territoriesAbout you:

Profile:
Required to be fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in a wellness retail customer service role would be ideal
Possess a professional and helpful telephone manner
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
