Serving as an ambassador of the Carnegie, you will represent our values to both audiences and artists, fostering an environment that aligns with our commitment to accessibility, learning, and vibrant cultural experiences.
With a strong focus on customer service, you will play a central role in creating outstanding experiences, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional presentation for live music, theatre events, and venue hires. In this role, you’ll manage staff, inventory, and administrative resources to drive event profitability, uphold licensing and safety regulations, and embody the Carnegie’s ethos through excellent service and operational standards.
As a key member of our operations team, you will coordinate our front-of-house volunteers, work closely with the technical team, and maintain the highest standards of safety, security, and customer service that reflect our charity’s mission and values.
