The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that:
1. Schedule resources effectively to meet customer requirements.
2. Optimize resource allocation by matching skills, locations, and availability.
3. Empower frontline workers with the tools and information needed to deliver exceptional service.
4. Build a detailed service history of customer assets.
Key responsibilities include:
5. Configuring default administration areas of the Field Service application.
6. Setting up resources and scheduling (Universal Resource Scheduling).
7. Managing service agreements, bookings, and work orders.
8. Overseeing incident types and customer assets.
9. Installing and configuring the Field Service mobile app.
10. Enhancing the Field Service platform based on specific customer needs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications :
11. Minimum of 3 years of experience in D365 Field Services implementation.
12. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services and the Power Platform.
13. Preferably holds MB-240 certification.
