Role Overview: As a Year 6 HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional development of our students. You will work closely with the class teacher to enhance the learning experience and ensure that each child reaches their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons. - Supporting individual students and small groups to enhance their learning. - Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to the teacher. - Contributing to a positive classroom environment that promotes respect and inclusion. - Collaborating with staff and parents to support student development. Key Requirements: - HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. - Strong understanding of the National Curriculum, particularly in Year 6. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for working with children and supporting their learning journeys. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
