Exciting financial services company is looking to appoint an interim FC/Finance Manager to head up their transnational finance teams. The role is required due to growth & some internal moves which has created this new opportunity so is to commence ASAP.
Role responsibilities:
* Lead & manage a team of circa 20-25 people working in Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Purchase Ledger & Revenue reconciliation
* Review key processes to identify better ways to operate, integrating new software & reporting tools to create better efficiencies as well as automate manual processes
* Develop key internal relationships through solid business partnering to establish better collaboration & documentation of controls & processes
* Manage KPI's & ensure delivery of accurate financial data across all transnational teams
Candidate profile:
* You will be a professional finance candidate with a proven track record of delivering excellent leadership & quality across transnational & finance teams
* You will ideally be qualified or demonstrate equivalent qualified by experience at this senior level
* Excellent organisational & leadership skills - ability to hit deadlines & react to changing priorities in a fast paced company to demonstrate how you manage tight deadlines
* Proven success to reshape teams, re-engineer manual processes & gain operational efficiency & excellence through your own ability & that of your teams
This role is inside IR35 due to the staff supervision & will ideally be hired on a fixed term contract basis. The role could go permanent for the right candidate. You will need to be midlands based as it is expected you will be office based 2-3 days each week with rest being remote.
