Responsibilities as a Day Care Practitioner
In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents during the nighttime hours. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
* Supporting residents with meals and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
* Promoting resident engagement by encouraging participation in activities and social interaction.
* Monitoring residents’ health and well-being, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
* Providing emotional support and companionship to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
* Documenting care activities accurately and maintaining clear communication with team members.
* Ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and colleagues.
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
