We wish to appoint an outstanding Learning Support Assistant to join our Additional Needs Department. The successful candidate will be a highly committed, creative and energetic practitioner who is able to make a full contribution to further raising standards of achievement and to the wider life of the school. Please state curriculum strengths, Key Stage experience and interests in your application. Experience of working with pupils with a wide range of needs, across a range of Key Stages across Primary or Secondary would be preferable. The post could involve working with pupils on a one-to one support basis, some small group work and supporting our students in a classroom environment. Flexibility is a must as we are an all through school and therefore the position is fluid and can change in terms of the year group/key stage that support is mapped out.
