Sales Progressor - Hampshire £30,000 - £35,000 This is a seriously exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join this truly exceptional independent agent based in Surrey and Hampshire. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating property sales transactions, liaising with clients, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure a successful and timely completion. This role requires a individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales Progression: Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process, from offer acceptance to exchange and completion Client communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, buyers, solicitors and other relevant parties to provide updates and ensure a smooth transaction Problem solving: Identify ad resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process, ensuring minimal delays Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner Legal Compliance: Stay up to date with property law and regulations to ensure all transactions are conducted legally and ethically Negotiations: Handle negotiations and mediations between clients and buyers to address and concerns or disputes. Pipeline management: Manage a portfolio of property sales, keeping track of progress and deadlines. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of property sales for management and clients. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in sales, lettings and administration to ensure a coordinated approach. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role withing the property industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and tie management abilities. A proactive and solutions-focussed mindset. Proficient in IT. Some knowledge of property law and legislation preferred. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
