Your Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client’s footprint across the UK and EMEA. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—within the UK and European markets
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our client’s enterprise presence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level and technical leaders)
* Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver value-driven solutions
* Present our client’s value proposition through demos, presentations, and detailed proposals
* Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within the database, NoSQL, or infrastructure space
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the UK and/or EMEA markets
* Experience selling complex, technical solutions to enterprise clients
* Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
* Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
* Familiarity with NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and modern data infrastructure is a plus
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
