Based in Bournemouth, hybrid working : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday working in office, Monday & Friday from home (optional).
We are a technology services company; this role is within our recruitment business placing mid to senior level software engineers, project managers & business analysts with Hedge Funds, Investment Banks & Fintech’s.
Leading and developing a team of permanent recruiters and delighting clients and candidates comes naturally to you. You excel at these because you’re passionate about recruitment and can use your previous experience to succeed. You’re also an expert permanent recruiter who understands the importance of qualifying vacancies, leveraging the right sourcing strategies, and staying in touch with candidates throughout the process. As well as ensuring the team are providing candidates with exceptional service, you’ll be adept at building relationships with your clients, and they’ll grow to trust and, indeed, rely on the advice you give them. You’ll understand the complexities and challenges they face in their business so your background in technology or financial services recruitment will be a core strength. * Our offerings now extend well beyond traditional recruitment, focusing on solving complex technology and resourcing challenges in any form - whether that involves securing a team of subject matter experts, implementing open banking architecture, or managing the entire delivery of a technology project with defined outcomes.
* You don’t have a desk to run – your focus is on supporting the team in whatever they need to do – be it onboarding new Clients with Sales, supporting existing Clients and managing those relationships, qualifying vacancies, designing sourcing strategies, troubleshooting searches or managing candidates.

* £70-75,000 base, OTE for this role is £125,000.
