The role is pivotal to maintaining a well-organised, welcoming, and safe office environment. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, support staff, and manage a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. Key Responsibilities: • Address employee queries and support office management. • Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism. • Manage office supply inventory and equipment maintenance. • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking spaces, and coordinating travel. • Organise office events, celebrations, and wellbeing activities. • Maintain health and safety compliance, including fire and first aid procedures. • Liaise with building management for maintenance and office upkeep. • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the management team. • Ensure effective communication through memos and announcements.
