Jobsworth Recruitment are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work from our office based in Halesowen covering the Black Country area.
Key Responsibilities;
* Option to be responsible for the resourcing, filling and account management OR Focusing on the sales and Account Management of multiple clients across the Black Country area
* Maintaining relationships with clients and workers
* Creating adverts and utilising job boards in order to attract suitable candidates
* Conducting both telephone and face-to-face registrations with candidates
* Management of temporary Industrial OR Logistics plans
What we need from you;
* Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
* Knowledge of the Black Country bus and travel routes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent administrative skills
* Ability to work efficiently and independently
* Willingness to participate in an on-call rota
* Must have own travel as you will be required to visit clients in a timely manner...
