We are looking for a passionate Production Manager to become part of our video production team. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and varied environment, and we need a flexible person with an outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
You will manage video production projects while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. This position is a blend of production management, business operations, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure seamless project execution while upholding high standards in video production. Across all projects, you will be at the forefront of communications with our clients, partners, and suppliers.
Production Management:
* Plan and coordinate video shoots from pre-production through post-production.
* Create production timelines and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Coordinate crew, equipment, and locations for shoots.
* Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of final video content.
* Quote and manage production budgets.
Project & Client Management:
* Ensure smooth communication with clients, in-house team, and suppliers.
* Manage project timelines, scope, and expectations.
* Gather and relay client feedback to the production team.
* Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders.
Operations & Logistics:
* Handle permits, contracts, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
* Manage production budgets, expenses, and cost-effective planning.
* Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for on-site productions.
Team & Workflow Management:
* Assign tasks and monitor progress across multiple projects.
* Ensure smooth collaboration between creators and clients.
* Troubleshoot on-set or post-production challenges, ensuring high-quality results.
Requirements:
* Minimum two years of relevant experience in video production, operations, or project management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a broadcast environment.
* Proven track record in managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when necessary, as is common in our industry (all overtime will be compensated).
* This is an on-site role, not a remote position. You will be based between our Brighton office and out on location on shoots, scouts, client meetings, etc.
* Ability and willingness to travel within the UK, Europe, and around the world.
* Driving licence is a plus.
What We Offer:
* A chance to be a key part of an innovative and growing business.
* Hands-on experience with exciting video production projects.
* Opportunity for growth and career development.
* A collaborative and supportive team environment.
* Opportunity to travel the world for work.
* £28,000-£30,000 annual salary.

Compensation for any time exceeding this 10-hour threshold on shoot days will be provided as overtime. It's important to note that certain days may extend beyond the initial 10-hour duration. Working patterns can be disruptive to your domestic life, as late nights and working weekends are common.
You will be a flexible and motivated person, understanding that our industry operates 24/7/365. We have a robust system to ensure that all staff take holidays and days off in lieu around long work periods.

About the company:
InspoHub is a people-first video production agency that helps international brands like Aston Martin, Intel, HYROX, and Esports World Cup engage their audience online with reliable video production solutions at rapid turnaround times.
Our work delivery includes event coverage (e.g. highlights and full recordings of keynote speeches and panels), live streams of corporate and sports events, pre-recorded videos and animations, as well as branded content creation.
We work with clients from automotive, financial, esports, tech, professional services, and sports sectors, and deliver projects across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and the US.
In a male-dominated industry, we are on a mission to provide equal opportunities for female creatives in video productions. Video is one of the most powerful forms of storytelling. But with only male storytellers, we can tell only half of the story.
To bridge the gender gap in storytelling, InspoHub prioritises the 50:50 gender split on all productions and makes sure that our content deliverables combat stereotypes and use inclusive languages. As for contributors, we always look for female and male speakers to give a chance for women to share their thoughts and experiences and provide women and girls with visible role models.
