The Role

We are looking for a receptionist administrator to join our growing school. You will be the first point of contact for our parents, visitors and all the agencies we work with, together with providing administrative support. Previous school experience is not necessary, full training will be given, but you should have a confident and friendly telephone manner, and up to date IT skills.
We are offering up to 37 hours per week, term time only, and flexible hours which could fit around your existing commitments – we are looking for the right person to join the team.
Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for parents, visitors, and agencies.
2. Providing administrative support.
3. Maintaining a friendly and professional telephone manner.
4. Utilizing up-to-date IT skills.
