Excel Administrator - The Job
Process and ship orders from sales teams across multiple regions
Prepare accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
Issue detailed weekly shipping and order reports to key customers
Monitor shipment progress and liaise with freight providers
Support internal teams with logistics queries and delivery updates
Excel Administrator – About You
confident using Excel for managing and manipulating large data sets, creating reports, and using pivot tables to extract insights
A sharp eye for detail with strong organisational skills
A diplomatic and clear communicator – able to work effectively across different cultures and with non-native English speakers
Understanding of logistics/supply chain or West African geography – advantageous
Excel Administrator – Extra bits
Full-time, Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours
Central Brighton office
Flexible working: 9am–5.30pm or 8am–4pm with 30-minute lunch
