Office Manager and Personal Assistant – Exciting opportunity to run the office for a prestigious estate – Bridge of Allan £32,000 - £36,000, plus holidays and benefits. Office and site based, you will be the sole person in the office, with others visiting/passing through. You will need to be a driver with own vehicle. We are looking for someone committed, organised, responsible and autonomous, take over from the current longstanding Office Manager who is retiring, there will be a handover period to learn everything you need to know Someone with bookkeeping knowledge would be ideal, but we need longevity and commitment, this is a long-term role. The Role – Day-to-day: Monitoring telephone messages and email inboxes, actioning as appropriate Bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, supplier payments, coding and entry to sage, bank reconciliations, staff wages, expenses, VAT returns, updating cashflow Office & premises upkeep and troubleshooting eg recycling, electric, wifi, insurance Assist external Accountant with & P11d’s, annual accounts, confirmation statements, corporation tax, ATED Updating business records, leases and contracts Booking flights, accommodation, vehicles etc as required Paperwork and filing Travel as required to the director’s residence (within 1h drive, mileage paid) You will need to be: Experienced in a varied PA, Administrator or Finance Admin role Role will especially suit someone with strong Bookkeeping skills Ability to work independently and autonomously as the sole office person (various other people use and work from the site) Committed, organised, responsible, autonomous Flexibility with the duties and working hours as required Stability, longevity, long-term role mentality Strong IT skills Driver with your own car Natalie Duval is recruiting, apply now
