Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading organisation based in Swindon to recruit an experienced HR Advisor initially on a temporary basis with the potential opportunity of a permanent role.
Working in and supported by a small team, you will partner with managers across the organisation regarding employee relations, absence and case management, policies and procedures and ways of working.
Key Activities:
* Advising managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations, with a focus on absence management.
* Working with managers, offering guidance and support, to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
* End to end case management and ownership of full process and own caseload.
* Create and maintain visible relationships with key stakeholders.
* Provide information and feedback relating to case management and projects.
* Provide HR support on organisational and people related projects.
* Support the HRBP and Senior HR Advisor with case management preparation, information reporting and associated administration.
* You will be required to travel to sites around Swindon - around 1-2 days per week.
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in an ER / HR role be that as a strong HR Officer or Advisor.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong organisational and admin skills.
* Effective communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
* Confident working independently with a resilient and flexible approach.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
* CIPD qualified (level 3 desirable).
* Driver with own vehicle for occasional daytime travel - 1-2 days per week.
