Job Title: Transport and Office Supervisor Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
Location: Ower, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £31,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am to 3:30pm. 32 hours a week
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Fixed Term
Skills And Experience Needed:
* Previous experience within the transport or supply chain industry
* MS Outlook and MS Office - full proficiency in Word and Excel
* Using Database systems (desired)
* Working within a fast-paced environment
Duties:
* General administrative tasks to provide support to the Operations team to deliver a high level of customer service.
* Stock management and weekly stock check.
* Keeping records up to date and purchasing of stock.
* Booking vehicles in for safety inspections, MOTs, and repairs.
* Checking driver documentation, supporting drivers with paperwork, generating reports for driver hours and WTRs.
* Accommodate audits and compliance checks.
