Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Burford, Oxfordshire
Salary: £34,084 - £40,252 per annum (including bonuses and sleep-ins)
Number of Sleeps Required: Up to 4 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £80
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – support for training provided if needed

What We Do For You
* Salary: Base salary of £26,844 - £33,012
* Bonuses: £3,840 per year from sleep-ins, £1,400 Attendance Allowance (with good attendance), £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus (upon successful probation), £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)
* Training: 4-week induction through Care Academy
* Holiday: 7 weeks’ annual leave
