Office Administrator - Cranbrook
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join a wealth management firm based in Cranbrook. The successful candidate will help support the practice and office management in day-to-day tasks.
Core responsibilities:
1. Phone Duties
2. Distributing Post
3. Monitoring Team inbox
4. Updating Salesforce
5. Ordering Stationery
6. Office Maintenance
7. Event organisation
8. Marketing Support
9. Information Requests
10. Update Salesforce for each client call in the client record & create a task for the recipient.
11. Weekly stationery audit for OfficeSupplies
12. Liaise with the Managing Partner and employed personnel to check for additional requirements.
13. Create a list of expected expenses, obtain authorisation and place ad hoc orders.
14. Arrange bookings for team events.
15. Arrange refreshments & stationery for the event.
16. Send out calendar invites.
17. Maintain existing team traditions.
18. Produce mailmerge for marketing campaigns.
19. Order necessary marketing materials.
20. Update Salesforce Campaigns and client journey records if applicable.
21. Request information from providers, record it on Salesforce & save copies on files.
This will be a full-time office based position based in Cranbrook. Due to our clients location, it is recommended that the candidate will be able to drive.
