We are looking for a Sales Leader to join a global implementation partner who use AI driven solutions tailor to industries such as Accounting, Legal, Engineering and IT Consultancies.
You will be working closely with the Sales Director to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. You'll develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, work collaboratively with internal teams, and engage directly with key stakeholders in the professional services industry.
Typical responsibilities will include:
* Drive high-value sales opportunities with new and existing accounts to achieve ambitious targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, uncovering needs and presenting tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.
* Lead the development of proposals, coordinate presentations, and manage bid processes.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management to support business growth.
* Regularly engage with clients to develop strategic account plans, ensuring sustained satisfaction and growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer success.
* Facilitate regular account planning sessions, align on strategy, and secure funding for collaborative initiatives.
The ideal person will have proven experience selling solutions into professional services companies, and ideally had experience setting up a market. You will have demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value opportunities, and have a consultative approach to uncovering client needs and presenting effective solutions.
This is a fully remote role.
Salary is £100,000 with the expectation of double OTE
