Role Overview:
As a Retrofit Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering energy efficiency upgrades to buildings, often as part of decarbonisation initiatives. You’ll ensure that all retrofit projects meet the PAS 2035 framework, comply with industry standards, and reflect best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage delivery of retrofit projects within our ECO framework
* Collaborate with partners, funders, and key stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with PAS 2035 for each project
* Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, installation teams, and clients
* Perform compliance checks for project documentation across multiple projects
* Review product specifications and construction information for assigned projects
* Serve as the primary contact for installation teams regarding design and project-related queries
Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Effective relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
* Decision-making ability to guide projects in alignment with goals, costs, and priorities
* Willingness to participate in debriefs and learn from constructive feedback
* Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
