Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our ‘Out of Hours’ Team. The Out of Hours Team operates Monday to Friday from 8pm-8am and from 8pm on Friday to 8am the following Monday. You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays including Christmas.
Responsibilities
1. Handle emergency enquiries from customers during scheduled shifts.
2. Provide clear and effective communication to assist and support customers.
3. Adapt to varying customer needs with confidence and empathy.
4. Participate in comprehensive training to prepare for the role.
You will work a minimum of three six-hour shifts per week and will receive all the necessary equipment and support to work comfortably from home. You’ll receive 22 days per year annual leave (pro-rata for part-time hours).

We operate within the Council’s Location Policy, offering a flexible approach to working with the option of working between our Riverside House office and home.
