SF Recruitment are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client's team in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with expertise in end-to-end accounts payable processes to secure a permanent role in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process.
2. Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
4. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Payment runs.
6. Bank reconciliations.
7. Responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Requirements:
1. Ability to work in a sole position.
2. Proven experience in end-to-end accounts payable.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
