Your Key Duties: Providing academic support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs. Quickly build positive relationships with students. Be comfortable with providing personal care. Support pupils with engagement and encourage pupils to be involved. Support the general class teacher. Participate in the planning and evaluation of learning activities. Provide meaningful feedback on pupil attainment and profress. Promote pupils' cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural and physical development through the curriculum.
