Job Responsibilities:
* Manage all inventory cycle counts (performed daily).
* Report any discrepancies over $250 for approval to change.
* Manage all Logistics (sea, air & ground). Notify purchaser of delays and purchaser to update lean.
* Create all shipping documentation (i.e. – commercial Invoices, BOL’s, etc.)
* Manage VMI where necessary, creating any purchase orders.
* Manage all Sub-C purchase orders, creating purchase orders, following up with status.
* Obtaining RFQ for any Sub-C work as needed.
* Managing and creating purchase orders for all consumable items.
* Assist and support any quality issues with Quality department.
* Support in creating any purchase orders as needed.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
* Typically, 1 year experience in warehouse/stockroom environment
* Basic computer skills
* 1-2 years powered equipment experience
* High School or GED
