The Role: As a National Employer of the Year winner, ROC Solid are looking for Support Workers to join our service, delivering support services to our young people aged 16 - 17. As a Support Worker, you will provide additional supervision and support to help young people into independence and help them on their journey to acquire essential life skills i.e., understanding benefits, budgeting, cooking, tenancy management and accessing education or training. Our young people are supported in their own self-contained apartments at a single Ofsted registered location. Pay Rate: £25,041 plus sleepover allowance pro rata Shift information: Full-time - Flexible working, with evenings and weekends.
