Haunton Hall Care Home is based near to Tamworth. The Care Home has a long history and sits on six acres with pleasant, landscaped gardens.
We provide a high standard of general nursing and residential care and specialised residential care for people with Dementia. The home is a warm and welcoming environment in a spectacular well maintained listed building. We have a caring team who work hard to make everyone feel at home.
An experienced Registered Nurse with a background in elderly care is desirable, to lead a small nursing unit of 25 residents over 2 floors.
Haunton Hall is fully CQC compliant and offers general elderly nursing care in a friendly and homely environment where residents enjoy excellent standards of care and living thanks to some great facilities and design features.

Minimum Requirements:
* Experienced Registered Nurse RGN
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Qualified Nurse - active NMC PIN
* Enhanced DBC
Main Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents
* Ensure that appropriate individual care is given to each resident in accordance with the care plans
* Monitor and control residents’ nutritional and dietary requirements
* Act upon instructions from the Home manager regarding specific tasks to be carried out during the night
* Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our service users
* Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
* Promote our service user’s independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement
* Participate in training activities/courses, as directed by senior staff
* Undertake other duties as necessary
Schedule:
* 12 hour shift
* Thursday, Friday, Saturday
* Night shift
* Weekend availability
Salary: £20 per hour
Experience:
* Medication administration: 1 year (required)
* Patient care: 1 year (required)
* Care plans: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
* NMC (required)
