Role Description
This full-time, onsite role at our Southport centre involves ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of completed Vehicle Health Checks within the designated timescales. You will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations throughout their aftersales experience, providing them with regular updates on the progress of their vehicles. Additionally, you will secure authorisation for any additional work required and follow up with customers as necessary. The role also requires close collaboration with the Sales, Workshop, and Parts departments to track vehicle progress, ensuring that all customer vehicles are ready on time.
Skills
* Demonstrated ability to successfully sell additional products or services.
* A basic understanding of automotive systems and components, including Drive and RTC, as well as any other systems necessary for the role.
* Knowledge of manufacturer repair times and industry standards.
* Highly organised, proactive, and with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
* A flexible team player who is always willing to go the extra mile.
