Job Title: Project Delivery Professional – LLTI (Long Lead Time Items)

Salary: £54,793 +dep on exp
What you’ll be doing:
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication and management skills, supporting and influencing stakeholders effectively
* Apply advanced problem-solving skills based on prior experience to address complex challenges
* Manage tasks and lead small projects, developing project plans and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful completion. Prepare realistic plans (including quality, risk, and communication plans) and monitor activities against project schedules
* Work effectively under deadlines and in high-pressure environment
* Adapt to ambiguity, contributing to the development and improvement of processes as needed
* Gather expertise from multiple sources, including third-party experts, to provide well-rounded advice that advances organizational objectives. Encourage the sharing and development of specialized knowledge within the organization
* Demonstrate strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data. Exhibit excellent attention to detail and perform thorough data analysis and interrogation
Your skills and experiences:
* Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in applying problem-solving techniques to moderately complex project management situations, leveraging data from both internal and external sources
* Process Development: Ability to create and refine processes and ways of working, using experience with standardized practices to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
* Stakeholder Relationship Management: Skilled in building strong relationships and negotiating successful outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders
* Information Gathering and Analytical Skills: Competent in gathering and analyzing data to support solution development and implementation planning
* Understanding of Project Management Policies: Comprehensive understanding of project management policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring adherence to best practices
* Collaboration and Integration: Deep understanding of how to integrate team efforts with other teams and projects to meet shared objectives
* Good Practice Adoption: Ability to capture, adopt, and share best practices across projects and teams
* Application of related PM Competencies will be expected at this level
* University Degree, or a substantial amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
* Ideally have a PM Qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification or relevant experience and Project Management Tools Proficiency – In-depth knowledge of project management tools and techniques, with expertise in systems like PREDICT and MS Project

The LLTI Team on the GCAP Programme is a collaborative and high-impact team dedicated to driving innovation, minimizing risks, and delivering excellence to meet our customers’ evolving needs. As a key member of this team, you’ll work alongside senior UK and international leaders, developing new processes and implementing creative solutions to ensure the successful delivery of critical programme goals. You will also have the opportunity to travel both within the UK as well as internationally to Italy and Japan
