Responsibilities will include: Management of the day to day running of the office including post, welcoming of visitors, supporting room booking, organising hospitality, arrange signage/photos and miscellaneous items to be purchased to ensure maintenance and upkeep of the offices is kept to a high standard while being the 'go to' for all office staff to request any stationery items and other ad hoc requirements. Manage the COO's and Director's diaries, accommodating changes in their schedule, resolving diary conflicts. Act as query point for contract issues/queries/complaints. To be considered for this role you will need: A good educational background including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. Strong experience in a multitude of administrative tasks and duties· Working knowledge of a range of software packages. Positive and enthusiastic approach towards work. Valid UK driving licence and vehicle as some travel may be required.
