We're looking for an Operational Support Administrator to join our Contract Administration team on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, based in Basingstoke. Location : Basingstoke - on site Hours : 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. This is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months. Flexible start/end times may be available, please let us know if this is required. Responsibilities As an Operational Support Administrator, you'll be working within the Admin team, supporting them in operational tasks along with system data and reporting tasks. Your day to day will include: System management including but not limited to, monitoring and corrections of system misalignments. Knowledge of SLA's and KPI's in line with the contracts and to actively manage to meet contractual requirements preventing penalties against KPI's. Management of the Contract monthly KPI Performance process and mitigation procedure to meeting contractual timeline and minimise financial and performance penalties. Attendance and supporting IT on weekly CAB calls and monthly Interface calls with the client. What are we looking for?
