Role Profile
As the Brand Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand image, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall sales. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives, elevate the brand, and create a memorable customer experience.
This role will manage Content, Community, Creative, PR and Partnerships while working collaboratively with the wider leadership team to lead all marketing channels and growth marketing activity.

Six Stories was founded in 2019 by Lucy & Ross and is a leading fashion brand, loved for our considered design of confidence giving occasionwear.
Our products capture the essence of a true romantic, with a focus on weddings and special occasions. We revolve around our customer and have huge ambition for 2025. Role Accountability
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a world-class growth marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s overall objectives.
* Brand Development: Working closely with our Founder/Creative Director, maintain and develop brand image, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.
* Community: Lead the growth of our community across socials, influencer partnerships, affiliates, and retention activity.
* Creative: Lead the creative team to develop compelling, world-class content within the creative critical path, ensuring all channels receive best-in-class assets in a timely manner.
* PR: Lead the PR function in cultivating strategic relationships with key media partners to drive awareness and credibility through effective brand storytelling.
* Performance: Collaborate with the Product & Commercial teams to ensure an optimal mix of paid:organic traffic and to provide the website and paid media channels with high-performing creative assets.
* Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
* Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular reports to the senior leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the e-commerce fashion industry.
* Experienced in leading marketing functions with a varied channel mix.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Our culture is important to us.
* Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and channels.
* Ability to present and collaborate with Senior Leadership teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Great communicator & ability to succinctly explain complicated problems in the simplest way.
* Management capabilities with the ability to build and bring together a diverse and varied team.
* Flexible and resilient.
* Experience in apparel retail (DTC essential, B2B welcomed).
* Ability to work in a changeable environment in a business that has grown at speed and continues to evolve its processes, structures, and working environment; must be willing to adapt.
