Customer Service Advisor (3pm - 11pm Shift)

Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term
Salary: £24,000 PA
Immediate Start: 18th November

In this role, you'll engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, offering expert advice tailored to their needs. Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will make a difference in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact across multiple customer service platforms.
2. Provide expert product advice and solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
3. Support customers with queries ranging from skincare, makeup advice, and fashion to nutrition, fitness, or food and beverage.
4. Consistently meet achievable department targets, ensuring high-quality interactions every time.
