Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years as a Test Manager role within the banking or financial services domain. Certifications: ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Test management for Banking domain projects include projects for Financial Crime, Credit Risk, Experian and Mortgages Test Strategy Development: Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices tailored to banking applications. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of QA analysts and testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans, including scope, resources, and schedules; oversee the execution of functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure alignment and address testing requirements. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that testing processes comply with banking regulations and industry standards. Reporting: Provide regular status updates and test progress reports to stakeholders; analyze and communicate test results effectively. Tools and Automation: Evaluate and implement testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage, including automation strategies. Skills: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools. Experience in Banking domain projects which include Financial Crime, Experian Checks, Credit Risk, IRB (Internal Review based ratings), Mortgages Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium ), API Testing tool (Postman/Rest Assured). Understanding of banking applications and financial regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
