We are currently recruiting for Specialty Doctors to work in our working age adult CMHT in South Leeds.

Main duties of the job
As a Specialty Doctor within the CMHT, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health care. Under the supervision of a Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting new assessments and reviews for service users.
2. Prescribing and managing treatment plans.
3. Contributing to the supervision of team members, junior doctors, and medical students.
4. Leading and participating in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives.
This position is entirely community-based, offering a hybrid work model that allows for both remote and in-office responsibilities.
