As Service and Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing and planning lift engineers' workloads
2. Monitoring performance, absences, and appraisals
3. Maintaining and developing customer relations and addressing queries
4. Ensuring compliance with H&S protocols
5. Carrying out regular site visits
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. A background in lift engineering
2. NVQ Level 3 as a minimum
3. Managerial experience is preferred but not essential
4. Strong technical knowledge
