A reputable company based in Nottingham is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of residential property transactions.
Duties include:
1. Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls, and responding to client enquiries.
2. Assisting conveyancing solicitors with all administrative tasks related to residential property.
3. Drafting legal documents.
4. Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties.
5. Maintaining positive client relationships throughout the conveyancing process.
6. Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
7. Providing ad hoc reception cover.
As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will have proven experience working as a Legal Secretary, preferably in a residential conveyancing environment. You will also be proficient in using legal case management systems and have strong organisational abilities. There will be opportunities for professional development and training.
In return, you will be offered a salary of £23,500 with 21 days holidays plus statutory bank holidays. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm in the office. A workplace pension scheme is available plus other various benefits.
