Working alongside our team of experts, as Client Liaison Administrator, you'll be the first-person our advisors and clients will contact therefore, you'll be someone who has experience of adapting to change and managing an array of different queries and challenge s. What you’ll do as a Client Liaison Admini strator:Providing support to Advisors such as monitoring diaries, opportunities, queries and requestsFollow standard procedures and workflows v ia XPLANAssist with the preparation of cases in readiness for the paraplanning p aperworkProcess all sales related paperwork from submission to completion and any ongoing administration for investments, pensions and protection depa rtments.Be in attendance of operational meetings to discuss ongoing workloads and raise any concerns, challenges or further opport unities.Adhere and maintain and up to date awareness of company policies, practices and pro cedures.Maintain records according to Kingswood company s tandardsPrepare meeti ng packsGather and obtain information for annual reviews This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to undertake any other task as reasonably requested by your line manager where appropriate training and/or guidance is provided.
