Role Overview: As a Nurture Teacher, you will work with students in a small group setting, focusing on social, emotional, and academic development. You will implement tailored lessons that help students build their confidence, improve their social skills, and develop the academic foundations they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver nurture-based lessons that focus on social and emotional development. Provide individualized support to students with SEND, building trust and confidence. Collaborate with support staff to ensure a holistic approach to the students’ well-being. Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching methods as required. Create a positive and supportive environment where students feel safe and valued. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in nurturing children with SEND. Strong understanding of social and emotional development needs in children.
