JOB ROLE: Recruitment Consultant working for Office Angels

JOB TYPE:
Permanent
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (3 days office, 2 days home)
SALARY: £25,000 - £32,000 *depending on experience. HUGE BONUS potential and massive benefits!

Experience
Do you come from an existing recruitment background? This could be a recruitment administrator or coordinator, or a 360 sales consultant
* Have you worked to KPIs and targets?
* Do you have a sales background?
* Are you comfortable picking up the phones, a lot, and talking to people?
* Can you think on your feet?
* Are you able to solve problems for people? (Your clients need you to find their candidates as soon as possible)
About the role:
You will be responsible for bringing the candidates to your live, lapsed, and new clients. It's a fast-paced role on the temporary desk but it's rewarding due to the quick resolutions that often happen in the temporary staffing environment!
* Conducting sales meetings: Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing roles and business plans
* Sales / Business Development; Via various methods of following up leads such as cold calling, sending speculative emails and dropping sales materials into prospective clients
* Relationship building; Building long lasting relationships with existing and new clients and candidates alike
* Candidate Registrations : You will follow up on candidate leads you or your Candidate Consultant found and register the candidates, so when you find a job or have a job, you can spec them in
* Candidate tracking : You will work with your Candidate Consultant to constantly add to your bank of candidates who are looking for temporary work. You need to be one step ahead of your existing clients so they are ready to be placed when your clients need them
* Prospective clients : You will direct your Candidate Consultant to find jobs, then you will follow up on these leads and introduce yourself, ideally speccing in a candidate and WIN THEIR BUSINESS!
* Client care : You will speak to your clients to check how their temps have settled in and do this bi-weekly for the duration of the temps placement. You will call them to check whether they want to extend the temps end date, sometimes they even wish to make them permanent!
* Audit : Whilst you have the amazing help of your Candidate Consultant, you will maintain all information for your candidates and clients and keep records up to date
* Telephone/Email; Screening and assisting with branch telephone and email queries

Interview Stages
* 1 st stage will be a Teams interview with our Temps Recruitment Consultant, Polly and Candidate Consultant, Preet. (45-60 mins)
This will be a mixture of competency based questions and getting to know you.
* 2 nd Stage - Face to face in the office with the Branch Manager, Charlene. (60-90 mins)
Expect to dig deeper into your drive, motivations and experience. You will also do some sales calls to get a feel of the role and your responsibilities
* Informal Teams / face to face : With our Operational Manager, Katy. (30 mins)
