Join us as a Customer Assistant in our Weston Super Mare Club offering a 20 Hour contract which includes evening, weekend and late night shifts finishing at 1am.
The Role You ll Play
As a Customer Assistant you go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to our Customers. You make sure our Customers have an outstanding experience every single time they visit the Club to enhance their overall experience.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team
12. Build rapport and relationships with Customers
13. Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including, general housekeeping throughout the Club, checking the toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard
14. Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
15. Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live
The Winning Combination We re Looking For
16. Experience in delivering first class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail or leisure environment
17. Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations when necessary
18. Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
19. You are confident at challenging the way things are done and can make sure all Customers follow our company policies and standards
