You will have excellent and proven experience managing a busy payroll function:
* Reporting weekly payroll functions
* Managing a portfolio of client data
* Keeping up to date with payroll trends, product enhancements, industry developments and HR legislation.
* Resolving issues raised from clients and contractors.
* Regularly liaise with internal departments
* Manage monthly and weekly management meetings.
* Analyse payroll data to ensure that the operation runs smoothly.
* Updating and chasing outstanding timesheets for the UK team
You will have previously worked in a similar role where you have managed the payroll function. You will be diligent, highly coordinated with the ability to build strong relationships.
