Office Administrator | Nottingham | £26,000-£28,000
We’re looking for a sharp, organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of a group of fast-moving businesses — and the operations behind them.
This is a full-time, hands-on role based in a Nottingham office, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and knows how to keep things moving behind the scenes.
What you’ll do:
* Keep the office running smoothly and professionally
* Support across business and personal admin tasks, including property and scheduling
* Handle incoming enquiries, assist with CRM updates, and follow up leads
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
* Be the go-to person for organisation, documentation, and coordination
What you bring:
* Solid experience in admin, PA, or office support roles
* Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
* A confident, trustworthy, and adaptable approach
