Job Description
The opportunity available is for an experienced and results-driven Product Administrator to work with the Senior Workflow Coordinator
to transform the department, setting the standard and working with stakeholders to enable results. The candidate will need to be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for being able to identify and solve problems, adding value to the business and making a huge impact.
4. Liaise with 3rd party brands to outsource and upload sourced digital content
5. Liaise with the Commercial Team and other departments to source and organise product content
6. Support 3rd party brands with EDI portal
7. QC assets uploaded to the portal
8. Maintain all data and information for digital content tracking
9. Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Senior Workflow Coordinator
10. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
11. Updating internal systems where needed by liaising with 3rd party suppliers and internal buyers
12. Any other duties requested by the Department Leadership Team
